Joy G. Valcarcel, 77, of Port Charlotte, Florida passed away Saturday, April 11, 2015 at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center in Bradenton, FL.

Joy was born to Clifford and Jeannette Grover on April 22, 1937 in Covington, Kentucky. Joy enjoyed life and loved spending time with her family and friends. She will be forever missed by all who loved and knew her.

Survivors include her husband of 25 years, Candido; her son, Jeff Moore and her daughter, Lisa Moore both of Cincinnati, OH; 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held 6:00PM-8:00PM with a service to be held at 7:00PM, Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel. Inurnment will be held at a later date by the family.

Arrangements are by Roberson Funeral Home & Crematory Port Charlotte Chapel.
